Home Information Pack: This is a sample HIP, which shows the "Required" documents (the ones which Must be included, such as the index, the Energy Performance Certificate and the Local Authority Searches) and the "Authorised" documents (the ones that Can be included but are not mandatory, such as the Home Condition Report)

 Home use form:  This form is part of the HIP. It gives details about such things as boundaries,services and Council tax banding.
